Fate's thoughts: This book is amazing. It's about Alex and Brittany. On the outside it may seem that they are polar opposites, but if you look closer you realize that they share a lot of things in common. When they're partnered in chemistry on the first day of school, they re not very thrilled. As they get to know each other they slowly fall for each other. My favorite thing in this book was how long it took for Brittany and Alex to fall for each other. It was slow and realistic. I also loved the ending. It was my favorite part of the story. It fit and wasn't random, although i kind of predicted some of it. All in all this book is amazing and i recommend it for anyone that likes emotion and romance.

Fate's thoughts: The premise for this book sounds awesome. Unfortunately, this book wasn't for me. I disliked it so much that i wasn't able to get past the first hundred pages. But from what i did read, Lena is a girl with a birth defect, abnormally big hands and feet, that is thought to be on of the traits of a goblin. A goblin is one of the peculiars that lives in Scree. Lena has decided that for her 17th birthday she will travel to Scree to discover if there truly are such things as peculiars and if she is one. Along the way in the train she meets Jimson Quiggly. He was probably one of my favorite characters simply because he was constantly optimistic, kind and just a lovable character. Lena also meets Marshal Thomas Saltre who asks her to spy on someone for him . Marshal Thomas Saltre was probably my least favored character. He simply annoyed me. I also didn't enjoy the setting of this dystopian world. All in all the premise for this book is pretty good, but this book is just not my cup of tea.

Fate's thoughts:
I love this book. i thought it was great.

The things i loved about this book......Noah and Echo. Echo is the dark, lonely character that was once popular. the reason she is no longer popular is that she went through a traumatic experience, which her mind blocked. After that she kind of isolated herself from people in school, deeming herself the outcast. It was interesting going through that journey of figuring out what exactly happened to her.

Noah on the other hand is the hot guy of every girl that is known to go for one-night stands. he's too scared to commit to a relationship. there's also a whole other side to him, that loves his brothers and would do anything and everything for them. i loved that side of him, but sometimes his anger got the best of him and he didn't really think clearly. i did, however really love the scenes with his brothers. hey broke my heart and made me love him even more.

This contemporary is really deep. It deals with pretty real ad scary issues. The emotion in this book cant be made up. it got me to tear up here and there. i really enjoyed it.
